True Rambles because MIDI communication is annoying

This one should just be resource structuring, 

I'm trying to send a message using the mido code mentioned previously. I have been able to trough it send a message that is played by the default windows MIDI system and also to send the code signal to reaper through an additional system in my pc called Loopbe1 that allows for devices to communicate.

THE PROBLEM, is that VCV doesn't seem to react to either so Im gonna be pasting links to the resources of information I'm gonna continue using to solve the issue:

Initial problem solved, I'm a dum dum, I only needed to look for the device through the options of the "windows MIDI" selection

Next post should be about me trying to affect something like wave shape through the voice recognition program.
