Making a Blog? and getting the snipits of an idea

Turns out I have no idea how blogs work, who would have guessed? I'll spend some time trying to figure out a style that makes me happy and see where it goes.

In other news I'm rambling about the idea for the New Media Project class ... project

So for just how things work, I will most likely do something relating to sound, my wife suggested a system that could track genres and like level of experimentalism based on sound analysis, the problem being that I'm pretty sure that system already exists in the form of this one page that I can never remember that matches a song with different recommendations for you to listen to (Reminder to copy the link of the thing if I find it because every time I do I forget to do so)

Alright, what about procedural generation of music? is that something to be achievable? I could carry on using the idea for the Drum Machine that I used for Interactivity I and make a system that generates a music loop in real time using diversity of inputs based on the user

That sounds really cool but I'm not sure even where to work on that? what would the output be like? what would be the point?

So I guess the theme for now is automatization of a process related to either sound or music ... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
